By accessing or using PrepQBank ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") at prepqbank.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
PrepQBank is an educational practice platform that provides accounting and finance practice questions with explanations. The Platform uses technology to generate adaptive practice questions to support student learning. PrepQBank is intended as a supplementary educational tool and does not replace formal instruction, textbooks, or professional examination preparation courses.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent before using paid features.
PrepQBank offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise PrepQBank to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are listed in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to current subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@prepqbank.com within 14 days of the charge.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
All content on the Platform, including practice questions, explanations, text, graphics, and code, is the property of PrepQBank or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal educational purposes only.
PrepQBank practice questions are designed to support learning but do not guarantee exam outcomes. Content is provided for educational purposes and may not reflect the current state of all accounting standards or examination blueprints. Always verify important information against current official sources including AICPA, FASB, and relevant examination authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrepQBank and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, academic outcomes, or examination results. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, at our election.
