4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform:
- Anthropic (Claude API): Powers question generation. Practice session content is sent to Anthropic's API. No personally identifying information is included in these requests. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data processed through their API.
- Supabase: Stores your account information, progress data, and subscription status. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
- PayPal: Processes all payments. PrepQBank does not store payment card details. PayPal's privacy policy governs payment data.
- Cloudflare: Provides infrastructure and security services. Cloudflare may process request metadata for security purposes.
- Tawk.to: Provides live chat functionality. Chat conversations may be stored on Tawk.to's servers. Tawk.to's privacy policy applies to chat data.
- Google Analytics: If enabled, collects anonymised usage data. You can opt out via browser extensions or privacy settings.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and practice data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving billing disputes).
